The present invention relates to a device which disinfects and sterilizes dead fish and livestock such as dead fish and shellfish, poultry, etc. in aquaculture facilities and then recycles the same into feed, high-nutrient natural fertilizers, and other additives to contribute to a sustainable virtuous cycle environment by reducing carbon emissions generated during fish and livestock production. The device comprises: a GPS generating and transmitting location information to a data transmission and reception device; a dead body transporting vehicle having an identifiable vehicle's unique number and disinfected to prevent a spread of infection which occurs when transferring a dead body; a vessel containing and transporting the dead body to a device for recovering resources by the vehicle and provided with a device capable of sterilization, crushing, and transportation as one component; a data transmission and reception device receiving movement data of an integrated management center from the GPS and transmitting an integrated control command of the integrated management center; and the integrated management center provided to receive movement data of the dead body transporting vehicle from the data transmission and reception device and to comprehensively manage an entire movement process according to the vehicle's unique number. Accordingly, an entire process can be easily managed in real time at the integrated management center.

    본 발명은 양식시설에서 폐사한 어패류나 가금류 등 어육축의 폐사체를 소독, 살균 후에 사료나 고영양분의 천연비료 기타 첨가물 등으로 재활용하여 어육축 생산시 발생되는 탄소배출량을 줄이도록 하여 지속 가능한 선순환 환경에 기여하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 위치 정보를 생성하여 데이터 송수신 장치에 송신하는 GPS; 식별 가능한 차량의 고유 번호를 포함하고, 폐사체 이송시 발생되는 감염 확산 문제를 방지하기 위해 소독이 완료된 폐사체 이송 차량; 상기 폐사체를 담아 상기 자원회수장치로 상기 차량으로 이송하며, 살균, 파쇄, 및 이송가능한 장치가 하나의 구성체로 구비되는 베셀; 상기 GPS로 부터 통합관리센터의 이동 데이터를 수신하고, 통합관리센터의 통합 제어 명령을 송신하는 데이터 송수신 장치; 상기 폐사체 이송 차량의 이동 데이터를 데이터 송수신 장치로부터 전달 받아 상기 차량의 고유 번호에 따른 이동 전과정을 통합적으로 관리할 수있도록 구비되는 통합관리센터;를 포함한다.
