제어 밸브의 상태를 적확하게 추정하기 위한 기술을 제공한다. 상태 추정 장치(400)는, 제1 가동부의 위치에 따라서 작동 유체의 유량을 제어하는 제어 밸브에 있어서의 제1 가동부의 목표 위치 및 실제 위치와 제1 가동부를 구동하는 구동부에 공급된 전류의 값을 포함하는 데이터 세트의 검지 정보를 취득하는 취득부와, 취득부에 의해 취득된 검지 정보에 기초하여 작동 유체의 청정도를 추정하는 추정부를 구비한다.

    Provided is a technique for accurately estimating a state of a control valve. A state estimating apparatus (400) comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring detection information of a data set including a target position and an actual position of a first movement unit in the control valve for controlling a flow rate of a working fluid according to the position of the first movement unit, and a value of a current supplied to a drive unit for driving the first movement unit; and an estimation unit estimating cleanliness of the working fluid based on detection information acquired by the acquisition unit.
