The present invention is a technology which receives, in a contactless way, power from a wireless power track cable with a closed loop pattern to enable smooth maintenance of an operating rail guided vehicle (RGV) and relates to a technology on a contactless track cable extension device which selectively repairs an RGV required for maintenance among a plurality of RGVs moving in a direction where the wireless power track cable is put while receiving power from the wireless power track cable on the wireless power track cable and enables remaining RGVs to move along an original path thereof while repairing. In particular, the technology has a resonance condition, supplying power to a main track cable member from a power supply device, where a resonance condition for a separated track cable member, proximately placed to be able to separate from the main track cable member, is identical to a resonance condition for the main track cable member. According to the present invention, the device comprises a main track cable member, a separated track cable member, a main magnetic core member, and a separated magnetic core member, such that the device induces currents of the main track cable member to the separated track cable member through each core member in normal operations of RGVs, and RGVs on the main track cable member enable normal operations in maintenance operations of any RGV.

    본 발명은 폐루프 패턴으로 이루어지는 무선파워 트랙 케이블로부터 비접촉으로 전원을 공급받아 동작하는 대차(RGV; rail guided vehicle)를 원활하게 유지보수 가능하도록 하는 기술로서, 무선파워 트랙 케이블에는 그 무선파워 트랙 케이블로부터 전원을 공급받으면서 그 무선파워 트랙 케이블이 놓인 방향을 따라 이동하는 복수 개의 대차 중에서 유지보수가 필요한 대차를 선택적으로 보수하되 그 보수 중에 나머지 대차들은 본래의 경로를 따라 움직임이 가능하도록 하는 비접촉 트랙케이블 연장 장치에 관한 기술이다. 특히, 전원공급장치로부터 메인트랙 케이블부재에 전력을 공급하는 공진 조건이 메인트랙 케이블부재와 분리 가능하도록 근접 배치되는 분리트랙 케이블부재도 메인트랙 케이블부재와 동일한 공진 조건을 나타내도록 하는 기술이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 메인트랙 케이블부재, 분리트랙 케이블부재, 메인마그네틱 코어부재, 분리마그네틱 코어부재를 구비함에 따라 대차들의 정상 운전시에는 각 코어부재를 통해 메인트랙 케이블부재의 전류를 분리트랙 케이블부재로 유도시키며 어느 대차의 메인티넌스 운전시에도 메인트랙 케이블부재 상의 대차들은 본래의 정상 운전이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.
