According to an embodiment of the present invention, a photovoltaic mobile electric vehicle charging system comprises: an energy storage system (ESS) provided in a transfer means; a charging device for supplying power of the ESS to an electric vehicle and receiving power from a common charger of a charging station to charge the power of the ESS; and a control unit for controlling supply and charging of the power according to connection between the electric vehicle and the common charger.
