본 발명은 금속연료를 이용한 수소발생장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 금속연료를 이용한 수소발생장치는, 일측면 상부에는 촉매 수용액 인입구가 형성되어 촉매 수용액이 인입하고, 일측면 하부에는 알루미늄 분말 인입구가 형성되어 알루미늄 분말이 인입하고, 내부에서 촉매 수용액과 알루미늄 분말의 가수분해 반응을 통해 수소가스를 발생시키고, 상부에 연결된 제1배관을 통해 수소가스와 불순물이 인출되고, 타측면 최하부에는 경사진 형태의 부산물 배출구가 형성되어 내부 반응 후의 부산물을 배출하는 반응기와, 반응기 내부의 벽에 형성되되, 촉매 수용액 인입구의 하부와 알루미늄 분말 인입구의 상부에 형성되어 반응기 내부에서 반응하는 물질의 반응을 촉진시키는 베플과, 제1배관의 하부와 촉매 수용액 인입구의 상부 사이에 형성되어, 반응기 내부에서 반응하여 상승한 물질을 필터링하는 필터와, 반응기의 상부와 제1배관으로 연결되고 반응기의 타측 하부와 제2배관으로 연결되어, 제1배관을 통해 전달된 불순물에서 가스와 고체를 분리하고, 분리된 고체를 제2배관을 통해 반응기의 하부로 공급하는 싸이클론과, 싸이클론과 제3배관으로 연결되어, 싸이클론으로부터 수소가스와 불순물에 포함된 가스를 공급받아 분리하여 수소가스를 배출하는 수소선택 분리기를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating hydrogen using a metal fuel. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for generating hydrogen using a metal fuel, wherein the apparatus is capable of adjusting generation rate of hydrogen through continuous supply of an aqueous catalytic solution and an aluminum powder and consistent discharge of a by-product. To this end, the apparatus includes: a reactor which has an aqueous catalytic solution inlet formed in an upper portion of one side surface thereof to flow the aqueous catalytic solution into the reactor, which has an aluminum powder inlet formed in a lower portion of the one side surface thereof to inject an aluminum powder into the reactor, in which a hydrogen gas is generated through a hydrolysis reaction of the aqueous catalytic solution and the aluminum powder, which draws out the hydrogen gas and impurities through a first pipe connected to a top portion of the reactor, and which has an inclined shaped by-product outlet formed in a lowermost portion of the other side surface of the reactor to discharge a by-product obtained after performing an internal reaction of the reactor; a baffle which is formed on an inner wall of the reactor, and which is formed in a lower part of the aqueous catalytic solution inlet and an upper part of the aluminum powder inlet to accelerate a reaction of materials reacting in the reactor; a filter which is formed between a lower part of the first pipe and an upper part of the aqueous catalytic solution inlet to filter materials ascended after performing the reaction process in the reactor; a cyclone which is connected to the top portion of the reactor through the first pipe and connected to a lower portion of the other side of the reactor by a second pipe to separate gas and solid from impurities transferred through the first pipe and supply the separated solid to the lower portion of the reactor through the second pipe; and a hydrogen optional separator which is connected to the cycle by a third pipe, receives hydrogen gas and gas included in the impurities from the cyclone and separates the hydrogen gas and the gas included in the impurities to discharge the hydrogen gas.
