생산성 및 제조정밀성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 가열챔버의 내부에 복수개의 타공홀이 관통 형성된 탄소 재질의 카본메쉬가 배치되며, 상기 카본메쉬의 상면에 폴리에틸렌 재질의 폴리에틸렌 판재가 배치되고, 상기 가열챔버의 내부가 폴리에틸렌의 용융온도로 가열됨에 따라 상기 폴리에틸렌 판재가 용융되는 제1단계; 상기 카본메쉬 및 용융된 상기 폴리에틸렌 판재가, 제조될 선체에 대응되는 단면 윤곽으로 형성되어 길이방향을 따라 연장된 폴리에틸렌 선박의 제조용 금형장치의 금형몸체 상부에 배치되되, 상기 카본메쉬 및 용융된 상기 폴리에틸렌 판재가 진공흡입력이 제공되도록 상기 금형몸체의 표면에 함몰 형성된 진공흡입홈을 통하여 상기 금형몸체의 표면 윤곽에 대응되어 진공 흡착되며 변형되는 제2단계; 및 상기 폴리에틸렌 판재가 냉각되어 경화되고 상기 금형몸체로부터 탈형됨에 따라 폴리에틸렌 선체가 제조되는 제3단계를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 선박의 제조방법을 제공한다.

    The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a polyethylene ship for improving productivity and manufacturing precision, which comprises: a first step of placing a carbon mesh made of a carbon material inside a heating chamber, placing a polyethylene plate made of polyethylene on the upper surface of the carbon mesh, and heating the inside of the heating chamber to the melting temperature of polyethylene to melt a polyethylene plate, wherein the carbon mesh has a plurality of perforated holes formed therethrough; a second step of placing the carbon mesh and the molten polyethylene plate on an upper part of a mold body of the mold apparatus for manufacturing a polyethylene ship, which is formed with a cross-sectional contour corresponding to a hull to be manufactured and extended in a longitudinal direction, wherein the carbon mesh and the molten polyethylene plate are vacuum-adsorbed and deformed in response to the surface contour of the mold body through vacuum suction grooves recessed on the surface of the mold body to provide vacuum suction force; and a third step of cooling and hardening the polyethylene plate and releasing the same from the mold body to manufacture a polyethylene hull.
