본 발명은 탱크 몸체 내부에 저장된 액화가스를 단열하기 위한 액화가스 저장탱크의 단열구조에 관한 것으로서, 상기 탱크 몸체의 외면에 중합체 폼을 분사 적층시켜 형성되는 단열부; 및 상기 탱크 몸체에 상기 단열부를 형성하기 이전에 상기 탱크 몸체에 설치되어, 상기 탱크 몸체와 상기 단열부 사이에서 액화가스의 누출 경로를 형성하는 유로형성부를 포함하고, 상기 유로형성부는 유리 섬유(fiber glass) 소재의 메쉬 테이프(mesh tape)를 포함하고, 상기 메쉬 테이프는 하나 이상의 층으로 적층될 수 있다.
The present invention relates to an insulation structure of a liquefied gas storage tank for insulating a liquefied gas stored inside a tank body, comprising: an insulating part formed by spraying and laminating a polymer foam on the outer surface of the tank body; and a flow path forming part installed in the tank body before forming the insulating part in the tank body to form a leak path of a liquefied gas between the tank body and the insulating part, wherein the flow path forming part may include a mesh tape made of a fiber glass material, and the mesh tape may be laminated in one or more layers.
