A collision prevention device between a vehicle and a pedestrian on a crossing road using a microwave comprises; a vehicle speed sensing unit (200) which senses a vehicle speed of a road area (A) adjacent to a crossing road, and transmits the vehicle speed to a calculation control unit (30); the calculation control unit (30) which orders the danger signal expression to an output unit (40) if the vehicle speed approaching to the crossing road which is sensed in the vehicle speed sensing unit (200) is more than or equal to a set speed (V_set); and the output unit (40) which expresses a danger signal by receiving an order of the calculation control unit (30) if the vehicle speed is more than or equal to the set speed (V_set). The vehicle speed sensing unit (200) comprises; a first wave transmitting and receiving unit which is located on one side of a moving object driving path, and transmits a wave signal in a direction crossing the moving object driving path and receives a wave which is reflected by a moving object; a second wave transmitting and receiving unit which is arranged on the other side of the moving object driving path to be separated from the first wave transmitting and receiving unit, and transmits the wave signal in a direction crossing the moving object driving path and receives the wave which is reflected by the moving object; and a signal amplifying unit which amplifies a wave radiation signal applied from the calculation control unit (30) and transmits the wave radiation signal to the first and second wave transmitting and receiving units, and amplifies a wave reflection signal which is received from the first and second wave transmitting and receiving units. The moving object is a vehicle having four or more wheels including front and rear wheels. The first and second wave transmitting and receiving units are separated for 4-5 m and are arranged side by side with the moving object driving direction. According to the present invention, the collision prevention device catches a dangerous moment in which a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian is predicted, and delivers a collision danger signal with a high speeded entering vehicle to the pedestrian who has an intention to cross the street at a crosswalk.
횡단보도 인접 차도 영역(A)의 차량 속도를 감지하여 연산제어부(30)에 전달하는 차량속도 감지부(200)와, 상기 차량속도 감지부(200)로부터 감지된 횡단보도에 접근하는 차량의 속도가 설정 속도(V_set) 이상인 경우 출력부(40)에 위험 신호 표출을 지시하는 연산제어부(30)와, 상기 연산제어부(30)의 지시를 받아 차량의 속도가 설정 속도(V_set) 이상인 경우 위험 신호를 표출하는 출력부(40),로 구성되되; 상기 차량속도 감지부(200)는, 이동체 주행경로의 일측에 위치하고 이동체 주행경로를 가로지르는 방향으로 파동 신호를 송신하고 이동체에 의해 반사된 파동를 수신하는 제1 파동 송수신부와, 이동체 주행경로의 타측에 상기 제1 파동 송수신부로부터 이격되게 배열되고 이동체 주행경로를 가로지르는 방향으로 파동 신호를 송신하고 이동체에 의해 반사된 파동를 수신하는 제2 파동 송수신부와, 연산제어부(30)로부터 인가된 파동 방사 신호를 증폭하여 상기 제1, 제2 파동 송수신부에 전달하고, 상기 제1, 제2 파동 송수신부로부터 수신된 파동 반사 신호를 증폭하는 신호증폭부를 포함하여 구성되고; 상기 이동체는 전륜과 후륜을 포함하는 적어도 4륜 이상의 차량이며, 상기 제1 파동 송수신부와 제2 파동 송수신부는 서로 4 ~ 5 m 이격되어 이동체 주행방향과 나란하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡단보도의 차량 보행자 충돌 방지 장치.
