The present invention relates to a fall training system to enable a trainee to be trained in a fall without using an airplane in the same conditions as the actual conditions using an airplane. The fall training system includes: a rail part to make up a closed loop; and a driving device to drive while making a trainee be hung on and supported in the rail part. The rail part includes: a gliding area wherein the driving device glides while hanging the trainee; a landing preparation area wherein the driving device accelerates to a predetermined landing speed; a landing area wherein the trainee lands; a drawing area wherein the trainee is drawn by the driving device; a collection area wherein the driving device is collected; and a gliding preparation area wherein the trainee prepares for gliding. The driving device includes: a carriage mounted on the rail part to be driven by a driving unit; and an altitude varying unit to vary the altitude of the trainee.
