The present invention relates to an automatic transmission oil cooling system and, more specifically, to an automatic transmission oil cooling system which comprises: an automatic transmission; an air-cooling type oil cooler; and a water-cooling type oil cooler. The automatic transmission, the air-cooling type oil cooler and the water-cooling type oil cooler are connected by an oil circulation hose. As a bypass valve is arranged on the oil circulation hose, the circulation pathway is controlled according to the temperature of oil in the automatic transmission. Therefore, the automatic transmission oil cooling system can improve the fuel efficiency of a vehicle and reduce a load on a transmission oil pump, by allowing the oil in the automatic transmission to quickly reach an appropriate temperature in an initial cooling stage.
