The present invention relates to a submarine propulsion system, and a method using GTL diesel. More specifically, the present invention relates to new submarine propulsion system and the method using GTL diesel to make better use of a space in a submarine using the GTL diesel as a fuel of a cell without heavy hydrogen storage alloy taking up much room in a conventional submarine; and to simplify and facilitate a maintenance of a fuel storage tank with the use of a single GTL diesel storage tank, even though a conventional submarine has two separate fuel storage tanks of a diesel storage tank and a hydrogen storage alloy.
