The present invention relates to a generation device for a marine buoy, which resolves a problem with respect to a complicated structure and operation which are a drawback of Patent Registration No. 10-1251189 (a generation device for a marine buoy) and simultaneously, resolves a problem with respect to efficiency which is a drawback of Patent Application No. 10-2014-0012330 (a generation device for a marine buoy). A metal weight (41) hung in a rod body (40) is rotated along with the rod body (40) by a wave for a first shaft (30) to be rotated. Moreover, a rotational force of the first shaft (30) is transmitted to a transmission through a first bevel gear (31). The rotational force passing through the transmission is transmitted to an AFPM motor (50) to produce electricity.
