The present invention performs driving by being converted into a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) mode after returning an actuator if an actuator fail is generated in an electric vehicle (EV) mode driving step of a car. Thus, the time which takes when it is moved to a torque transfer time point according to the actuator stroke returning is learned and a revolution per minute (RPM) of an engine is set through the control of a learned time. Therefore, a smooth junction of an engine clutch facilitates after the actuator fail. The present invention relates to a failsafe method to minimize a shock applied to the engine or a transmission.
차량의 전기주행(electric vehicle:EV)모드 주행단계에서 액츄에이터 페일(fail)이 발생한 경우, 액츄에이터를 복귀시킴으로써 하이브리드주행(hybrid electric vehicle:HEV)모드로 전환하여 주행을 수행하고자 하는 발명이다. 따라서, 액츄에이터 스트로크 복귀시에 따른 토크 전달 시점까지 이동할 때까지 걸리는 시간을 학습하고, 학습된 시간의 제어를 통해 엔진의 분당회전수를 설정하고, 이를 통해 액츄에이터 페일(fail) 이후에도 엔진 클러치의 부드러운 접합을 가능하게 하여, 엔진이나 변속기에 가해지는 충격을 최소화하기 위한 페일세이프 방법발명이다.
