The present invention relates to a cooling system of an air conditioner for a vehicle and, more specifically, relates to a cooling system of an air conditioner for a vehicle, wherein a heat insulating device formed for refrigerant to flow on the circumference of a refrigerant circulation line connecting a condenser and an expansion valve is installed. Therefore, the refrigerant circulation line is insulated against heat from the outside by utilizing the refrigerant of the system as a heat insulating medium, thereby inhibiting cavitation to improve the performance of the cooling system, preventing the liquid refrigerant from being vaporized to reduce bubble vibration and noise in the expansion valve, and eliminating the use of additional insulating material and a cooling device to reduce the weight and costs.
본 발명은 차량용 에어컨의 냉방시스템에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 응축기와 팽창밸브를 연결하는 냉매순환라인의 둘레에 냉매가 흐르도록 구성하는 단열장치를 설치함으로써, 시스템의 냉매를 단열 매체로 활용하여 상기 냉매순환라인을 외부열로부터 단열하므로, 캐비테이션(Cavitation) 현상을 억제하여 냉방시스템의 성능을 향상하고, 액상 냉매의 기화를 방지하여 팽창밸브에서의 버블 진동 및 소음을 감소할 수 있으며, 추가적인 단열재 및 냉각장치가 필요없어 무게 및 비용을 줄일 수 있는 차량용 에어컨의 냉방시스템에 관한 것이다.
