The present invention relates to a sea risk rescue and monitoring system. More specifically, the sea risk rescue and monitoring system searches a disaster at sea through a camera mounted quad copter and transmitting a GPS value to a rescue boat to rapidly handle and monitor the dangerous disaster at sea. According to the present invention, the sea risk rescue and monitoring system can prevent, in advance, secondary damage by rescue and reduce costs consumed for rescue such as labor costs, maintenance costs of the rescue boat and a rescue plane, and operation costs.

    본 발명은 해난 구조 및 감시 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 카메라가 장착된 쿼드 콥터를 통하여 해난 상황을 탐색하고, GPS값을 구조 보트로 전송하여 위험한 해난으로부터 신속한 대처와 감시가 가능한 해난 구조 및 감시 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 해난 구조 및 감시 시스템은 구조에 따른 2차 인명 피해를 예방할 수 있고, 인건비, 구조선 및 구조기의 유지비, 구동비 등 구조에 따른 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
