The present invention relates to a scooter with a safe lighting device, which enables smooth driving in the night and can be used as an advertisement board using visual effects by diffusing the light emitted from a light source using a light guide plate installed in a foot board. The scooter with a safe lighting device comprises: a foot board part which connects front and rear wheels to each other; a handle part which is connected to the front wheel; a front fork part which is connected to the handle part; and a lighting device which lights the surroundings of the foot board part using a light source installed in the foot board part, wherein the lighting part has a light guide plate for guiding the light emitted from the light source and controls the progress direction of the light by the light guide plate.
본 발명에 따른 발판에 설치한 도광판을 이용하여 광원에서 발산하는 빛을 주위로 발산함으로써 야간 운행이 원활하게 이루어지고 시각적 효과를 이용한 광고판으로 활용할 수 있는 안전 조명 장치가 구비된 스쿠터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 전륜부와 후륜부 사이를 연결하는 발판부, 전륜부에 연결된 핸들부, 핸들부에 연결된 앞포크부, 발판부에 설치된 광원을 이용하여 발판부 주위를 조명하는 조명장치를 포함하되, 조명장치는 광원에서 발산하는 빛을 안내하는 도광판을 구비하고, 도광판에 의해 빛의 진행방향을 조정할 수 있다.
