The present invention relates to a liquefied gas storage tank and a marine structure including the same. The liquefied gas storage tank comprises: a first barrier being in contact with liquefied gas in the liquefied gas storage tank; a first insulating wall installed on an outer side of the first barrier and including the first insulating panel; a second barrier installed on an outer side of the first insulating wall; and a second insulating wall disposed on an outer side of the second barrier and including a second insulating wall including a second insulating panel. The first insulating panel is continuously formed in a combination of first unit insulating panels in which aerogel impregnated melanin foam is vertically disposed between polyurethane foams. The liquefied gas storage tank according to the present invention and the marine structure including the same can increase the insulation performance of the first insulation panel much more by vertically disposing the aerogel impregnated melanin foam between the polyurethane foams and applying pre-stress to the aerogel impregnated melanin foam to a rigid transition point in a horizontal direction, thereby increasing reliability of the liquefied gas storage tank. The liquefied gas storage tank and the marine structure including the same can ensure the vertical mechanical strength of the first insulating panel by ensuring the vertical rigidity of the aerogel impregnated melanin foam, and can ensure the horizontal mechanical strength of the aerogel impregnated melanin foam by improving the horizontal rigidity of the aerogel impregnated melanin foam, thereby improving not only the vertical rigidity of the first insulating panel but also the horizontal rigidity thereof.
본 발명은 액화가스 저장탱크 및 이를 구비한 해양구조물에 관한 것으로서, 액화가스 저장탱크의 내부에서 액화가스와 접촉하는 1차 방벽; 상기 1차 방벽의 외측에 설치되며, 1차 단열패널을 포함하는 1차 단열벽; 상기 1차 단열벽의 외측에 설치되는 2차 방벽; 및 상기 2차 방벽의 외측에 배치되며, 2차 단열패널을 포함하는 2차 단열벽을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 1차 단열패널은, 폴리우레탄 폼 사이에 에어로젤 함침 멜라민 폼이 수직 배치되는 1차 단위 단열패널의 조합으로 연결 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 액화가스 저장탱크 및 이를 구비한 해양구조물은, 폴리우레탄 폼 사이에 에어로젤 함침 멜라민 폼을 수직 배치하고, 에어로젤 함침 멜라민 폼을 수평방향으로 강성 변이점까지 프리-스트레스를 가함으로써, 1차 단열패널의 단열성능을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있어, 액화가스 저장탱크의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 에어로젤 함침 멜라민 폼의 수직방향 강성을 확보할 수 있어, 1차 단열패널의 수직방향 기계적 강도를 확보할 수 있고, 에어로젤 함침 멜라민 폼의 수평방향 강성을 개선할 수 있어, 1차 단열패널의 수평방향 기계적 강도를 확보할 수 있고, 1차 단열패널의 수직방향뿐만 아니라 가로 및 세로의 수평방향 강성을 개선할 수 있다.
