According to the present invention, a method for controlling a mild hybrid vehicle may comprise the following steps of: determining whether a vehicle is in an on-state of an auto cruise mode; determining whether the vehicle satisfies a coasting operation condition when the vehicle is in an on-state of the auto cruise mode; turning off an engine when the vehicle satisfies a coasting operation condition; and on-controlling the engine based on a difference value between a target vehicle speed and an actual vehicle speed of the auto cruise mode after the step of turning off the engine.

    본 발명의 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 제어방법은 차량이 정속주행모드 온(ON)상태인지 판단하는 단계; 차량이 정속주행모드 온(ON)인 경우, 차량이 타력운전조건을 만족하는지 판단하는 단계; 차량이 타력운전조건을 만족하는 경우, 엔진을 오프(OFF)하는 단계; 및 오프(OFF)하는 단계 이후, 정속주행모드의 목표차속과 실차속의 차이값에 기반하여 엔진을 온(ON)제어하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
