In chemical formula 2, R1 is an alkylene group having 1-20 carbon atoms and can be substituted with an amine group or an ether group; R2 and R3 are an alkyl group, an amine group or an acryl group, having 1-10 carbon atoms; P is (Y-X) where X is a single bond or P2, and Y is Br or P3; P2 is a conjugated diene polymer, or an acryl or nitrile-based compound having a molecular weight of 10-100,000 g/mol; P1 and P3 are a conjugated diene polymer, or an acryl or nitrile-based compound having a molecular weight of 10,000-2,000,000 g/mol; and a and b are each independently 0, 1, 2 or 3, the sum of a and b is 1, 2 or 3, m is an integer of 2-4 and n is an integer of 1-3.
