Disclosed is a propulsion efficiency enhancement apparatus. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a propulsion efficiency enhancement apparatus configured to easily couple a pre-swirl stator to a stern boss and to prevent stress concentration on a root portion of the pre-swirl stator coupling to the stern boss. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the propulsion efficiency enhancement apparatus comprises: a stern boss supported to be rotatable; and a pre-swirl stator supported by the stern boss wherein the stern boss is made by casting, and a mount formed protrudingly thereon to couple the pre-swirl stator.
