The present invention relates to a cooling water heater comprising: a body which has an inlet pipe through which cooling water is inserted and an outlet pipe through which the cooling water is discharged and is arranged on an upper side; a housing which has a hollow inner side, is joined to the body to close the inside of the hollow inner side, and is arranged on a lower side; an induction coil which is arranged in the inside enclosed by the body and the housing; a first heat generation body which is arranged on the inside of the induction coil to be separated from the inside, is formed in a cylindrical shape, and is arranged to have both open end portions to face a vertical direction; a second heat generation body which is arranged on the outside of the induction coil to be separated from the outside, is formed in a cylindrical shape, and is arranged to have both open end portions to face a vertical direction; and an impeller which is arranged on a lower side of the first heat generation body and has wings, which are formed in a radial direction, bent toward one side, and are separated in a circumferential direction. A cooling water flow channel is formed to enable the cooling water inserted through the inlet pipe to flow in the direction of a lower side to come in contact with the first heat generation body, to be U-turned through a lower side of the induction coil as rotary current is generated in a horizontal direction by the impeller, and to be discharged through the outlet pipe as the cooling water flows in the direction of an upper side to come in contact with the second heat generation body. Therefore, the flow of cooling water passing through the space around the heat generation bodies is enhanced. The decrease of pressure caused by the flow of cooling water can be reduced, and the cavitation phenomenon caused by this decrease of pressure can be prevented.
본 발명은 냉각수 히터에 관한 것으로, 냉각수가 유입되는 입구 파이프 및 냉각수가 배출되는 출구 파이프가 형성되어 상측에 배치되는 몸체; 내부가 중공 형성되며, 상기 중공된 내부가 밀폐되도록 상기 몸체에 결합되어 하측에 배치되는 하우징; 상기 몸체와 하우징에 의해 밀폐된 내부에 구비되는 인덕션 코일; 상기 인덕션 코일의 내측에 이격되어 구비되고, 원통형으로 형성되어 개방된 양단이 상하방향을 향하도록 배치되는 제1발열체; 상기 인덕션 코일의 외측에 이격되어 구비되고, 원통형으로 형성되어 개방된 양단이 상하방향을 향하도록 배치되는 제2발열체; 및 상기 제1발열체의 하측에 구비되며, 방사상으로 형성되되 일측으로 굽은 깃들이 원주방향을 따라 서로 이격되어 형성된 임펠러; 를 포함하며, 상기 입구 파이프로 유입된 냉각수가 상기 제1발열체와 접촉되도록 하측방향으로 유동된 후, 임펠러에 의해 수평방향으로의 회전류가 발생하면서 인덕션 코일의 하측을 통해 유턴하여 상기 제2발열체에 접촉되도록 상측방향으로 유동되어 상기 출구 파이프로 배출되도록 냉각수 유로가 형성됨으로써, 발열체 주변을 통과하는 냉각수의 흐름이 개선되어 냉각수의 유동에 따른 압력강하를 줄일 수 있으며, 이에 따른 캐비테이션 현상을 방지할 수 있는 냉각수 히터에 관한 것이다.
