The present invention relates to an apparatus for locking a seat rail for a vehicle capable of simplifying a structure of a device by reduction of the number of components required for assembling a release lever, and of improving assembly properties. The apparatus for locking a seat rail for a vehicle includes: a release lever configured to rotate and adjust the upper rail such that the upper rail is selectively locked or unlocked based on a lower rail; and a spring wire coupling the release lever to the upper rail in a hinge structure, and hung to each of the sides of the upper rail and the release lever so as to provide elastic restoring force with respect to a rotation direction of the release lever for unlocking the upper rail.

    본 발명은 릴리즈레버의 조립에 필요한 부품수 저감을 통해 장치의 구조를 간소화하고 조립성을 향상시키는 차량용 시트레일 록킹장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 어퍼레일에 대해 시소 회전 가능하게 구비되어, 로워레일에 대해 상기 어퍼레일을 선택적으로 록킹 또는 언록킹되도록 회전 조작하는 릴리즈레버; 상기 릴리즈레버를 상기 어퍼레일에 대해 힌지 구조로 결합하되, 상기 어퍼레일의 언록킹을 위한 릴리즈레버의 회전방향에 대해 탄성복원력을 제공하도록 어퍼레일 측과 릴리즈레버 측에 각각 걸려지는 스프링와이어;를 포함하여 구성된다.
