Disclosed are a buoyancy structure of a light buoyant, reducing a collapse risk of a multilayered structure to realize long-term use, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the buoyant structure comprises a core member, a lower support member, an upper support member, a plurality of foamed buoyant members, and a cover layer. The core member has a cylindrical shape, the lower support member is coupled to a lower part of the core member, and the upper support member is coupled to an upper part of the core member. The foamed buoyancy members are stacked to surround the core member between the upper and lower support members. The cover layer is coated by a predetermined thickness to surround a side surface of the stacked foamed buoyancy members. Accordingly, the buoyant structure of a light buoyant is formed through the foamed buoyancy members stacked to surround the core member between the upper and lower support members as a non-standard buoy to install an observation sensor and a system on the sea of a poor environment, thereby being able to ensure excellent characteristics for stability and deformation of a foam buoy.
다단적층 구조의 붕괴 위험을 줄여 장시간 사용이 가능한 등부표의 부력체 및 이의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 등부표의 부력체는 중심부재, 하부지지부재, 상부지지부재, 복수의 폼-부력부재들 및 피복층을 포함한다. 중심부재는 실린더 형상을 갖는다. 하부지지부재는 중심부재의 하측부에 결합된다. 상부지지부재는 중심부재의 상측부에 결합된다. 폼-부력부재들은 하부지지부재와 상부지지부재 사이에서 중심부재를 둘러싸도록 적층된다. 피복층은 적층된 폼-부력부재들의 측면 표면을 둘러싸도록 소정 두께로 도포된다. 이에 따라, 환경적으로 열악한 해양에서의 관측센서 및 시스템 설치를 위한 비표준형 부이로서 하부지지부재와 상부지지부재 사이에 중심부재를 둘러싸도록 적층된 폼-부력부재들을 통해 등부표의 부력체를 구성함으로써, 폼 부이의 안정성 및 변형에 대하여 우수한 특성을 확보할 수 있다.
