The present invention relates to a technique for preventing a breaking operation of an earth leakage breaker and electric shock accidents by compensating a difference of current amounts between two power lines according to earth leakage through a neutral point of series-connected storage battery powers in an electric vehicle having a storage battery pack used by connecting a plurality of storage batteries in series. According to the present invention, an apparatus for preventing electric shock when an electric vehicle is flooded comprises: a storage battery pack having a plurality of storage batteries connected in series and having a structure in which a neutral point, at which an intermediate level voltage is output from among the storage batteries, is connected to a ground terminal; an earth leakage sensor unit for sensing current amounts flowing through a first and a second power line connected to a load side, and outputting a first and a second control signal for maintaining current balancing between the first and the second power line based on a first and a second earth leakage sensing signal; and a balance switching unit for controlling a current amount of the first power line or the second power line with a switching operation according to the first control signal or the second control signal so as to maintain current amount balancing between the first and the second power line.

    본 발명은 복수 개의 축전지를 직렬로 연결하여 사용하는 축전지팩을 구비한 전기 자동차에서, 누전에 따른 두 개의 전원선로 간의 전류량 차이를 직렬 연결된 축전지 전원의 중성점을 통해 보상하여 누전 차단기의 차단 동작과 감전사고를 방지할 수 있도록 한 기술에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 직렬 연결된 복수 개의 축전지를 구비하되, 상기 복수 개의 축전지들 중에서 중간 레벨의 전압이 출력되는 중성점이 접지단자에 연결된 구조를 갖는 축전지팩; 부하측에 연결된 제1,2전원선로에 흐르는 전류량을 감지하고, 제1,2누전감지신호를 근거로 제1,2전원선로 간의 전류 밸런싱이 유지되도록 하기 위한 제1,2제어신호를 출력하는 누전 센서부; 및 상기 제1제어신호 또는 상기 제2제어신호에 따른 스위칭 동작으로 상기 제1전원선로 또는 상기 제2전원선로의 전류량을 제어하여 상기 제1,2전원선로 간의 전류량 밸런싱이 유지되도록 하는 밸런스 스위칭부를 포함하는 특징으로 한다.
