According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a method of estimating the slosh attenuation index of a liquid tank and includes: a step of inputting the height (W) of a pattern in a liquid tank, the distance (S) between the upper and lower portions of the pattern, and the radius of the liquid tank; a step of measuring the initial water angle of liquid accommodated in the liquid tank; a step of measuring the slosh attenuation index of the liquid tank in which the slosh attenuation index of the liquid tank is proportional to the height (w) of the pattern and the initial water angle and is inversely proportional to the radius of the liquid tank and distance (S) between the upper and lower portions of the pattern; and a step of setting a proportional constant (k) according to the initial water angle. The method of estimating the slosh attenuation index of a liquid tank can estimate the slosh attenuation index of a liquid tank using the following Equation 1 including the proportional constant (k), wherein Equation 1 is slosh attenuation index (%) = ((pattern height(W)/tank radius)/distance between the upper and lower portions of the pattern(S)) x initial water angle x proportional constant.

    일 실시예에 따른 액체 탱크의 슬로시(Slosh) 감쇄 계수를 추정하는 방법은, 상기 액체 탱크 내부의 패턴의 높이(w), 상기 패턴의 상하간의 간격(S) 및 상기 액체 탱크의 반경을 입력하는 단계, 상기 액체 탱크 내에 수용된 액체의 초기 수면 각도를 측정하는 단계 및 액체 탱크의 슬로시(Slosh) 감쇄 계수가 상기 패턴의 높이(w) 및 상기 초기 수면 각도에 비례하고 상기 액체 탱크의 반경 및 상기 패턴의 상하간의 간격(S)에 반비례하는 관계를 이용하여 액체 탱크의 슬로시(Slosh) 감쇄 계수를 측정하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 초기 수면 각도에 따라 비례상수(k)를 설정하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 비례상수(k)를 포함하는 하기의 수학식을 이용하여, 액체 탱크의 슬로시(Slosh) 감쇄 계수를 추정할 수 있다.
