The present invention relates to a light weight side roof module applied with steel having carbon fiber-reinforced plastics (CFRP) and giga-class high formability. Specifically, the roof module is applied with transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) steel that is a high-formability and high-strength material of a side roof module or a twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) steel for weight lightening and rigidity improvement. To this end, the present invention is intended to develop the side roof module having a weight lightened by 15% or more of an existing side roof module with an equal or greater stiffness relative to the existing side roof module.

    본 발명은 CFRP 및 기가급 고성형성 강재를 적용한 경량 사이드 루프 모듈에 관한 것이며, 구체적으로 사이드 루프 모듈의 고성형성 고강도 소재인 TRIP(TRansformation Induced Plasticity, 변태유기소성)강 또는 TWIP(TWinning Induced Plasticity, 쌍정유기소성)강을 적용하여 경량화 및 강성향상을 시킨 것이다. 이를 위하여, 15% 이상 경량화 및 기존대비 동등이상 강성의 사이드 루프 모듈 개발한다.
