The present invention relates to a storage battery charging system which comprises: at least one electric device including a measurement unit for measuring a usage amount of a battery, a storage unit for storing the usage amount, and a first transceiving unit for transceiving information in wired and wireless manners; and at least one charger including a second transceiving unit for transceiving the information with the electric device in wired and wireless manners, a charging operation unit for calculating a charging completion time using the information, calculating a charging start time by receiving a usage start time, a power distribution time zone, and a total usage power amount of the electric device, and calculating an output current and a stop time, a measurement unit for confirming a current usage amount and a usage status, and a control unit for controlling a current amount, and starting and stopping the charging. A fire caused by overuse of electricity can be prevented.

    본 발명은, 축전지의 사용량을 측정할 수 있는 측정부와, 상기 사용량을 저장하는 저장부와, 정보를 유무선으로 송수신하는 제1송수신부를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 전동장치와; 상기 전동장치와 상기 정보를 유무선으로 송수신하는 제2송수신부와, 상기 정보를 이용하여 충전 완료시간을 산출하고, 상기 전동장치의 사용 시작시간 및 전력분산 시간대, 총 사용 전력량을 입력 받아 충전 시작시간을 산출하고, 출력 전류 및 정지 시간을 산출하는 충전 연산부와, 전류 사용량 및 사용상태를 확인하는 측정부와, 전류량을 조절하고 충전을 시작 및 정지시키는 제어부를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 충전기를 포함하는 축전지 충전시스템을 제공한다.
