The present invention relates to a pumpable and thermally expandable filler composition based on combinations of a liquid epoxy resin and a polyvinyl chloride resin and/or an acryl resin. The pumpable filler material can be applied as needed using existing injection devices and can expand to provide a foamed material having excellent physical strength, high expansion rates and excellent adhesion with respect to a planetary metal substrate. The present invention relates to a method for filling not only vehicle components but a space closed by the pumpable and thermally expandable filler composition obtained by the method.

    본 출원은 액체 에폭시 수지와 폴리염화비닐 수지 및/또는 아크릴 수지 분말의 조합물에 기초한 펌핑 가능한 열발포 충전제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이러한 펌핑 가능한 충전제 재료는 종래의 주입 장비를 이용해서 필요에 따라 적용될 수 있고 유성 금속 기재에 대한 양호한 물리적 강도, 높은 팽창률 및 우수한 접착성을 가진 발포물을 제공하기 위하여 팽창될 수 있다는 이점을 제공한다. 본 발명은 또한 제시된 방법으로 얻어질 수 있는 차량 부품뿐만 아니라 펌핑 가능한 열발포 충전제 조성물로 폐쇄된 공간을 충전시키기 위한 방법을 기재한다.
