The present invention relates to a mold assembly for molding space-secured fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resins. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mold assembly for molding space-secured fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resins. By improving a mold structure to adjust the space (die face) with respect to a shape of products to cope with design changes when molding a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin material, it is possible to reduce an unnecessary loss of fabrics and production costs.
본 발명은 여유공간 확보형 섬유강화 열가소성수지 성형용 금형 조립체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 섬유강화 열가소성수지 소재를 성형할 때 설계변경에 대응하기 위해 제품 형상 대비 여유공간(Die face)을 조절할 수 있도록 금형 구조를 개선함으로써 불필요한 원단 로스(loss)를 줄이고 원가를 절감할 수 있도록 한 여유공간 확보형 섬유강화 열가소성수지 성형용 금형 조립체에 관한 것이다.
