The present invention relates to a vehicle cup holder apparatus using a vehicle thermoelectric element. More specifically, the present invention relates to the vehicle cup holder apparatus using a vehicle thermoelectric element, performing heating and cooling functions in accordance with an electric pole applied from the outside using a peltier element. Moreover, the apparatus uses an ultrasonic sensor to detect the size of a cup accommodated in the vehicle cup holder apparatus using a vehicle thermoelectric element and measures an amount of inner liquid of the cup inserted into the cup holder apparatus. Furthermore, the apparatus can hold the cup by using a left and right automatic adjustment apparatus and increase thermal conductivity by increasing a contact area between the cup and the thermoelectric element.

    본 발명은 차량용 열전소자를 이용한 차량용 컵홀더 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 펠티어 소자를 이용하여 외부에서 가하는 전기 극에 따라 보온/보냉 기능을 하며, 초음파 센서를 이용함으로써 차량용 열전소자를 이용한 차량용 컵홀더 장치가 수용하는 컵의 크기를 감지하고 열전소자를 이용한 차량용 컵홀더 장치에 삽입된 컵에 내적 되는 액체량을 측정하고, 좌우자동조절장치를 이용하여 컵을 홀딩하고 컵과 열전소자의 접촉면적을 늘려 열전도를 높일 수 있는 차량용 열전소자를 이용한 차량용 컵홀더 장치에 관한 것이다.
