The present invention relates to a bump stopper, divided into a part where a frictional force is necessary and the other part where the frictional force is unnecessary and forming a 2PCS structure for applying heterogeneous materials to the divided parts to remove frictional joint between the bump stopper and an adjacent component, thereby resolving an existing problem. Moreover, the bump stopper is installed to reduce vibration noise delivered from a shock absorber and has a double structure of an outdoor bump stopper (100) and an indoor bump stopper (200) inserted into and installed in the outdoor bump stopper (100). Furthermore, the outdoor bump stopper (100) is made of a material with a high friction coefficient, and the indoor bump stopper (200) is made of a material with a low friction coefficient.

    본 발명은 기본적으로 범프스토퍼와 인접 부품의 마찰 이음 해소를 위하여, 마찰력이 요구되는 부분과 요구되지 않는 부분으로 구분하고, 구분된 파트에는 이종 재질을 적용하는 2PCS 구조로 함으로써 종래의 단점을 개선하고자 한 이음 개선을 위한 범프스토퍼로, 쇼크업소바로부터 전달되는 진동소음을 저감하기 위해 설치되며, 외부 범프스토퍼(100)와 상기 외부 범프스토퍼(100) 내에 끼워져 설치되는 내부 범프스토퍼(200) 2중구조로 이루어지고, 상기 외부 범프스토퍼(100)는 마찰계수가 높은 재질로 형성되고, 상기 내부 범프스토퍼(200)는 마찰력이 적은 재질로 이루어진다.
