The present invention relates to a smart terminal based streaming caching service system for an electronic navigation chart, and more particularly, to a system capable of safely servicing an electronic navigation chart even if a small ship passes through a shadow area, by receiving and previously caching tile information and safety information required on a moving path through a plurality of waypoints even if the small ship operating in coastal areas passes through the shadow area.
본 발명은 스마트단말을 기반으로 한 전자해도 스트리밍 캐싱 서비스 시스템에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 자세히 설명하면 연근해에서 활동 중인 소형선박이 음영지역을 지나더라도 복수개로 이루어진 웨이포인트(Waypoint)를 통해 이동경로 상에 필요한 타일(Tile)정보와 안전정보를 전송받아 미리 캐싱(Caching)하고 있도록 구성함으로써, 소형선박이 음영지역을 지나더라도 안전하게 전자해도를 서비스할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템이다.
