The present invention is to solve the above problem. The present invention is to provide a relay welding monitoring apparatus for determining whether or not a relay is welded using an analog-digital converter (ADC), and a monitoring method. The relay welding monitoring apparatus according to the present invention includes a first ADC for measuring the voltage of a relay input terminal, a second ADC for measuring the voltage of the relay output terminal and a CPU for comparing the voltage of the input terminal of the relay with the voltage of the output terminal of the relay and determining whether or not it is welded.

    본 발명은 상기 문제점을 개선하기 위한 것으로, ADC(Analog-digital converter)를 이용하여 계전기 융착여부를 판단할 수 있는 계진기 융착 감지장치 및 감지방법을 제공하고자 하는 데 있다. 본 발명에 다른 계전기 융착 감지장치는 계전기입력단의 전압을 측정하는 제1 ADC, 계전기출력단의 전압을 측정하는 제2 ADC 및 상기 계전기입력단의 전압과 상기 계전기출력단의 전압을 비교하여, 융착여부를 판단하는 CPU를 포함한다.
