The present invention relates to a lightweight anti-vibration bushing through surface treatment of magnesium with an excellent self-damping property. More specifically, the present invention relates to a lightweight anti-vibration bushing having an inner pipe and an outer pipe made of magnesium and improving adhesion to a rubber member as a buffer member and magnesium, vulnerable to corrosion, through surface treatment. To this end, the lightweight anti-vibration bushing comprises: an inner pipe and an outer pipe; and a buffering member for integrally fastening the inner pipe to the outer pipe and buffering vibration and impacts of a vehicle. Moreover, at least one of the inner pipe and the outer pipe has a magnesium material or a magnesium alloy material, and the surface treatment before bonding with the buffer member is performed in advance.

    본 발명은 자체 감쇠성이 우수한 마그네슘의 표면처리를 통한 경량화 방진부싱에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는 마그네슘으로 구성되는 이너파이프와 아우터파이프로 이루어지며, 완충부재인 고무부재와의 접착성 및 부식에 취약한 마그네슘을 표면처리를 통하여 개선가능한 경량화 방진부싱에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 이너파이프 및 아우터파이프와; 상기 이너파이프 및 아우터파이프를 일체 결속시켜 주며 차량의 진동 및 충격을 흡수하는 완충부재;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 이너파이프 또는 아우터파이프 중 어느 하나 이상은 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘합금 재질로 이루어지되 완충부재와의 접착 전 표면처리공정이 먼저 수행된다.
