The present invention relates to a marine rescue device for a sufferer, capable of floating a sufferer by expanding an airbag by an airbag expansion device when the marine rescue device touches water. The marine rescue device for a sufferer reports the position of the sufferer through communication using LoRa and a GPS. According to the present invention, the marine rescue device for a sufferer transmits and receives only a simple signal by grafting a low power wide area network technique to a marine distress rescue system. Moreover, the marine rescue device for a sufferer minimizes power consumption. So, the marine rescue device for a sufferer can smoothly transmit and receive a rescue signal in a marine environment in which power supply and communication are unstable. In addition, the marine rescue device for a sufferer transmits only minimum information necessary for a rescue and a distress fact by using a wide area signal and rapidly and accurately requests the rescue to a marine rescue team or a ground rescue team neighboring. Even if the sufferer cannot request the rescue as losing consciousness, the marine rescue device for a sufferer automatically expands the airbag when an acceptor is melted by the water. So, efficiency on the rescue can be maximized.
본 발명은 해상 조난자용 구조장치에 관한 것으로, 물에 닿으면 에어백 팽창장치에 의해 에어백을 팽창시켜 조난자를 부유할 수 있도록 하고, LoRa 및 GPS로 통신하여 조난자의 위치를 알려주는 해상 조난자용 구조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 저전력 광역통신망 기술을 해상 조난 구조 시스템에 접목하여 간단한 신호만을 송수신하면서 전력소모를 최소화함으로써 전력공급과 통신이 안정적이지 않은 해상환경에서도 원활하게 구조신호를 송수신할 수 있게 된다. 또한 광역신호로 조난 사실과 구조에 필요한 최소한의 정보만을 송출하여 인근의 해양구조대 또는 육상구조대에게 신속하고 정확하게 구조요청할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이미 의식을 잃어 구조요청을 할 수 없는 상황이어도, 물에 수용체가 녹으면 자동으로 에어백을 팽창시키므로 구조에 대한 효율성이 극대화될 수 있다
