The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling steering return torque of a vehicle, which can determine steering return torque using a slip angle of a tire. According to the present invention, provided are a system and a method for controlling steering return torque of a vehicle, wherein after a slip angle of a tire is calculated by using vehicle information (yaw rate, lateral acceleration, vehicle speed, steering angle), a return of a steering wheel can be assisted by return torque in accordance with the tire slip angle similar to a return moment of a vehicle.

    본 발명은 타이어의 슬립각을 이용하여 조향 복원토크를 결정할 수 있도록 한 차량의 조향 복원토크 제어 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 차량 정보(요레이트, 횡가속도, 차속, 조향각)을 이용하여 타이어 슬립각(Slip angle)을 구한 다음, 차량의 복원 모멘트와 유사하게 타이어 슬립각에 따른 복원토크로 조향 휠의 복원을 어시스트할 수 있도록 한 차량의 조향 복원토크 제어 시스템 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
