The present invention relates to a float for aquaculture using eco-friendly materials. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the float for aquaculture using eco-friendly materials comprises: a first body having an outer surface with a predetermined thickness and an opened groove formed therein; a second body formed symmetrically to the first body; and an attaching portion on which symmetric surfaces of the first and second bodies are thermally attached, such that the surfaces of the first and second bodies are attached, wherein the first and second bodies are made of expanded polypropylene (EPP). Accordingly, the expanded polypropylene which was very difficult to process can be processed into various sizes, and the expanded polypropylene is used as a material for manufacturing the float for aquaculture, thereby minimizing environmental contamination and providing the float for aquaculture with enhanced anti-corrosive properties.

    본 발명은 친환경 소재를 이용한 양식용 부자에 관한 것으로써, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 외부면이 기 설정된 두께로 형성되되, 내부에 개방된 홈을 갖도록 성형되는 제 1바디; 제1 바디와 대칭으로 성형되는 제2 바디; 및 제1 바디 및 상기 제2 바디의 대칭면을 열 접착함으로써 제1 바디 및 제2 바디가 면접착되는 접착부;를 포함하되, 제1 바디 및 제2 바디의 소재는 발포폴리프로필렌(Expanded Polypropylene, EPP)인 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 크게 가공이 어려웠던 발포폴리프로필렌을 다양한 사이즈로 가공할 수 있게 되며, 양식용 부자의 소재로 발포폴리프로필렌을 이용함으로써 환경 오염 문제를 최소화할 수 있으며, 내부식성이 크게 개선된 양식용 부자를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
