Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a floating structure using laser blasting, a floating structure manufactured thereby and a laser blasting device. The method for manufacturing the floating structure comprises the following steps: irradiating a laser beam of the predetermined first output intensity on a surface of a steel product in the laser blasting device to form the anti-corrosion roughness of the predetermined size on the surface of the steel product; forming an anti-corrosion paint film by applying an anti-corrosion paint on the surface of the steel product; and, before performing the painting operation, forming the roughness for painting of the predetermined size on the surface of a steel structure manufactured by using the steel product.

    레이저 블라스팅을 이용하는 수상 구조물의 제작 방법, 이에 의해 제작되는 수상 구조물 및 레이저 블라스팅 디바이스가 개시된다. 레이저 블라스팅을 이용하는 수상 구조물의 제작 방법은, 레이저 블라스팅 디바이스에서 철강 제품의 표면에 미리 지정된 제1 출력 세기의 레이저 빔이 조사되어 상기 철강 제품의 표면에 미리 지정된 크기의 방청용 조도가 형성되는 단계; 상기 철강 제품의 표면에 방청 도료가 도포되어 방청 도료막이 형성되는 단계; 및 도장 작업의 실시 이전에, 상기 철강 제품을 이용하여 제작된 철재 구조물의 표면에 미리 지정된 크기의 도장용 조도가 형성되도록 하는 단계를 포함한다.
