The present invention relates to a system for controlling an electronic on board charger (OBC) relay for a high voltage, and a method thereof, configured to be applied to an OBC relay of an eco-friendly vehicle using an 800 V-level high voltage battery. More specifically, the system for controlling an electronic OBC relay for a high voltage comprises: an OBC for a vehicle; a high voltage battery having one terminal connected to one terminal of the OBC for a vehicle and the other terminal connected to the other terminal of the OBC for a vehicle; a diode connected between one terminal of the OBC for a vehicle and one terminal of the high voltage battery to transfer power applied from the OBC for a vehicle to the high voltage battery; a semiconductor switch unit connected between the other terminal of the high voltage battery and the other terminal of the OBC for a vehicle and operated by a control signal of a relay control unit; and a relay control unit for controlling an electronic switching unit.

    본 발명은 800V급 고전압배터리를 사용하는 친환경 차량의 OBC(On Board Charger) 릴레이에 적용할 수 있도록 구성한 고전압용 전자식 OBC 릴레이 제어시스템 및 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 차량용 OBC(On Board Charger); 일 단자가 차량용 OBC의 일 단자와 연결되고, 타 단자가 차량용 OBC의 타 단자에 연결되는 고전압배터리; 차량용 OBC의 일 단자와 고전압배터리의 일 단자 사이에 연결되어 차량용 OBC로부터 인가되는 전원을 고전압배터리로 전달하는 다이오드; 고전압배터리의 타 단자와 차량용 OBC의 타 단자 사이에 연결되며, 릴레이제어부의 제어신호에 의해 동작하는 반도체스위치부; 및 전자식스위칭부를 제어하는 릴레이제어부;를 포함하는 고전압용 전자식 OBC 릴레이 제어시스템 및 제어방법에 관한 것이다.
