The present invention relates to a vehicle energy harvesting sheet disposed inside a vehicle seat, which includes: an elastic energy collection unit which is formed in the form of a fabric in which a first fiber and a second fiber are woven, wherein the first fiber is composed of a piezoelectric element to generate power when stress changes, and the second fiber is made of an elastic material to provide restoring force during compression; and a frictional electricity energy collection unit in which a film-shaped dielectric layer and a fiber layer made of a plurality of elastic materials are disposed to be adjacent to each other, wherein the dielectric layer and the fiber layer contain dielectric materials having different polarities to generate power according to a change in a contact area between the dielectric layer and the fiber layer during compression.
