The present invention relates to an optimized design method of a conical rubber spring for a railway vehicle and to a conical rubber spring designed thereby. More specifically, provided are the optimized design method of a conical rubber spring for a railway vehicle, which optimizes the curvature of each stage of a conical rubber spring used as a suspension device for a railway vehicle to reduce localization of the strain, and improves load-deflection characteristics and rigidity, and the conical rubber spring designed thereby.

    본 발명은 철도차량용 원추형 고무 스프링의 최적화 설계방법 및 그에 의해 설계된 원추형 고무 스프링에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 철도차량의 현가장치로 사용되는 원추형 고무스프링의 각 단별 곡률을 최적화하여 변형률의 국부화를 저감시키고, 하중-처짐 특성 및 강성을 개선시킬 수 있도록 하는 철도차량용 원추형 고무 스프링의 최적화 설계방법 및 그에 의해 설계된 원추형 고무 스프링에 관한 것이다.
