The present invention relates to a battery condition monitoring device comprising: a measurement unit which measures a charging current for charging a sub-battery as a current inside a converter, output voltage of the converter, and the outside temperature of a vehicle; an impedance calculation unit which calculates the impedance of the sub-battery using the current and voltage measured by the measurement unit; and a determination unit which determines the condition of the sub-battery using the outside temperature of the vehicle and the impedance of the sub-battery.

    본 발명에 따른 배터리 상태 모니터링 장치는, 컨버터 내부의 전류로서 서브 배터리를 충전하는 충전 전류, 컨버터의 출력 전압 및 차량의 외기온도를 측정하는 측정부; 측정부에서 측정된 전류 및 전압을 이용하여 서브 배터리의 임피던스를 계산하는 임피던스 계산부; 및 차량의 외기온도와 서브 배터리의 임피던스를 이용하여 서브 배터리의 상태를 판단하는 판단부를 포함한다.
