The present invention relates to a liquefied oxygen filling system for an underwater vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a liquefied oxygen filling system for an underwater vehicle comprises: an intake device for receiving air from the outside of a box; at least one compressed air storage container for compressing the intake air through the intake device and storing the compressed air; an oxygen pressure swing adsorption (PSA) device for receiving the air from the compressed air storage container to purify oxygen; an oxygen liquefaction device for receiving the purified oxygen from the oxygen PSA device to liquefy the oxygen; and a liquefied oxygen tank for storing the liquefied oxygen liquefied in the oxygen liquefaction device.
