The present invention relates to a cabin air filter for a vehicle using a complex sheet of natural mulberry fiber and carbon fiber, to increase the air quality of an indoor space of the vehicle. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing the cabin air filter comprises the following steps of: using an alkali pulping method of mulberry to manufacture a mulberry fiber bathed solution; manufacturing an active charcoal fiber dispersion solution; mixing the mulberry fiber bathed solution, the active charcoal fiber dispersion solution, and granular active charcoal to manufacture a first fiber sheet; drying the manufactured first fiber sheet; attaching a catalyst to the dried first fiber sheet; and activating the first fiber sheet having the catalyst attached thereto.
본 발명은 천연 닥섬유와 카본 섬유 복합 시트를 사용한 자동차용 캐빈 에어필터에 관한 것으로, 닥나무의 알칼리 펄프화법을 이용하여 닥섬유 중탕액을 제조하는 단계; 활성탄 섬유 분산액을 제조하는 단계; 닥섬유 중탕액, 활성탄 섬유 분산액, 입상 활성탄을 혼합하여 제1섬유시트를 제조하는 단계; 제조된 제1섬유시트를 건조하는 단계; 건조된 제1섬유시트에 촉매를 첨착하는 단계; 촉매가 첨착된 제1섬유시트를 활성화하는 단계를 포함하는 자동차용 캐빈 에어필터의 제조방법을 제공한다.
