The present invention relates to a method for calculating a drivable distance for each driving mode of a vehicle, which can calculate fuel efficiency for each driving mode of a vehicle, and thus, can display an accurate drivable distance for each driving mode. To this end, the method of the present invention comprises the steps of: collecting driving data including a driving distance for each driving mode and fuel efficiency information for each driving mode accumulated in a controller when the driving distance of the selected driving mode is accumulated while a vehicle is driven in a state that the driving mode is selected by a driver; calculating, by the controller, a final fuel efficiency for each driving mode using the driving distance for each driving mode, energy consumption for each driving mode or fuel efficiency for each driving mode, and learning fuel efficiency learned while the vehicle is driven; and calculating, by the controller, a drivable distance for each driving mode on the basis of the calculated final fuel efficiency for each driving mode. Accordingly, an accurate drivable distance can be calculated and displayed.

    본 발명은 차량의 주행모드별 주행가능거리 산출 방법에 관한 것으로서, 차량의 주행모드별로 연비를 계산할 수 있고, 이를 통해 주행모드별로 정확한 주행가능거리를 표시할 수 있도록 해주는 차량의 주행가능거리 산출 방법을 제공하는데 주된 목적이 있는 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 운전자에 의해 주행모드가 선택된 상태로 차량이 주행하는 동안 선택된 주행모드의 주행거리가 누적될 때, 제어기에서 누적된 각 주행모드별 주행거리와 주행모드별 연비 정보를 포함하는 주행 데이터가 수집되는 단계; 상기 제어기에서 주행모드별 주행거리, 주행모드별 소모에너지 또는 주행모드별 연비, 그리고 차량 주행 동안 학습된 학습연비를 이용하여 주행모드별 최종연비가 산출되는 단계; 및 상기 제어기에서 상기 산출된 주행모드별 최종연비에 기초하여 주행모드별 주행가능거리가 산출되는 단계를 포함하는 차량의 주행모드별 주행가능거리 산출 방법이 개시된다.
