The present invention provides a dual power supply network system for a vehicle using a battery of a portable electric moving means, such as electric scooters, as an auxiliary battery for a vehicle, and an operating method thereof. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a dual power supply network system for a vehicle comprises: a main battery for supplying main power to a vehicle load; a transforming unit for transforming the main power of the main battery; a moving means sensor for detecting an electrical connection between the transforming unit and a battery of a moving means; and a control unit for operating in a single power network mode using the main battery alone or a dual power supply network mode using the main battery and the battery of the moving means dually, depending on whether the transforming unit and the battery of the moving means are electrically connected.
