The stator assembly structure of a water-cooling type driving motor for a vehicle comprises: a housing having a circular accommodating space; a stator core disposed at regular intervals along an inner circumferential surface of the housing and having a cooling groove on an outer circumferential surface of the housing; a gasket press-fitted in a shape corresponding to a shape of the outer circumferential surface of the stator core to surround the outer circumferential surface of the stator core; and a coolant channel unit formed in a watertight structure between the housing and the gasket to provide a flow path of coolant.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량용 수랭식 구동모터의 고정자 어셈블리 구조물은, 원 형상의 수용공간을 갖는 하우징과, 하우징의 안쪽 둘레면을 따라 일정 간격으로 배치되며 바깥쪽 둘레면에 냉각홈을 갖는 고정자 코어와, 고정자 코어의 바깥쪽 둘레면 형상과 대응하는 형태로 압입되어 고정자 코어의 바깥쪽 둘레면을 감싸는 개스킷 및 하우징과 개스킷 사이에서 수밀 구조로 형성되어, 냉각수의 유동 경로를 제공하는 냉각수로부를 포함한다.
