The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly PE welding floating member and an eco-friendly PE welding floating member manufactured by the method, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a floating member, providing buoyancy and combination with a floating body, comprising the steps of: a PE plate material preparation step of preparing a PE plate of a flat sheet type having a thickness of 5T to 20T and a width of 200mm to 1000mm; a PE roll forming step of winding the PE plate by using a laminating machine to form a cylindrical PE roll; a surface welding foam forming step of forming a PE welding foam by welding of the surface of the PE roll by a welding device and performing secondary foaming; a punch hole boring step to form a punch hole in a center part of a side surface of the PE welding foam; and a guide hole assembly assembling step of assembling a guide hole assembly which a floating body penetrates, or is attached thereto. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an eco-friendly PE welding floating member that reduces the generation of marine debris, and manufacturing cost.

    본 발명은 친환경 PE 융착 부자 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 친환경 PE 융착 부자에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 간답대와 결합하되, 부력을 제공하는 부자 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 부자 제조방법은 (1) 평판 시트형의 두께 5T 내지 20T, 폭 200mm 내지 1000mm인 PE 판을 준비하는 PE 판 재료 준비단계; (2) 상기 PE 판을 합지기를 이용하여 와인딩하여 원기둥형의 PE 롤을 형성하는 PE 롤 형성단계; (3) 상기 PE 롤을 융착기에 의해 표면을 융착처리하여 2차 발포시켜 PE 융착폼을 형성시키는 표면 융착폼 형성단계; (4) PE 융착폼의 옆면의 중앙부에 천공홀을 형성하도록 하는 천공홀 보오링 단계; 및 (5) 상기 천공홀에 간답대가 관통되거나 부착되는 가이드 홀 조립체를 끼워 조립하는 가이드 홀 조립체 조립 단계;로 구성되는 친환경 PE 융착 부자 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 친환경 PE 융착 부자에 관한 것이다.
