The present invention relates to a neodymium-catalyzed modified conjugated diene-based polymer having excellent affinity with a filler and improved compounding properties, a method for preparing the same, and a rubber composition including the same. The neodymium-catalyzed modified conjugated diene-based polymer includes: a conjugated diene-based monomer-derived repeating unit; a unit derived from a modified monomer represented by chemical formula 1; and any one functional group selected from epoxy and ester groups, and a functional group derived from a modifier containing an alkoxysilyl group, wherein the unit derived from a modified monomer and the functional group derived from a modifier are contained in at least one end of the polymer and in the same end simultaneously.

    본 발명은 충전제 친화성이 우수하고, 배합물성이 개선된 네오디뮴 촉매화 변성 공액디엔계 중합체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 고무 조성물에 관한 것으로, 공액디엔계 단량체 유래 반복단위; 화학식 1로 표시되는 변성 단량체 유래 단위; 및 에폭시기 및 에스터기 중에서 선택되는 1종의 작용기 및 알콕시실릴기를 포함하는 변성제 유래 작용기를 포함하고, 상기 변성 단량체 유래 단위와 변성제 유래 작용기는 중합체의 적어도 일 말단에 포함되되, 동시에 동일 말단에 포함되는 것인 네오디뮴 촉매화 변성 공액디엔계 중합체를 제공한다.
