According to an embodiment, a fuel cell vehicle comprises: a cell stack where a plurality of unit cells are stacked; a discharge unit discharging remaining voltage outputted from both output ends of the cell stack by responding to a discharge control signal; a discharge assistance unit having a bypass path for discharging the remaining voltage in the discharge unit when the remaining voltage cannot be discharged in the discharge unit itself; and a main control unit generating a discharge control signal when the remaining voltage is required to be discharged.
